Terms & cancellation
Simple rules, no fine print.
Booking
Bookings are made per hour, with a two-hour minimum, up to 6 hours before the start. A reservation is held until we confirm it by email, usually within a few hours. Standard gear is included; on-demand gear and services are quoted separately before confirmation.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Studio23 may reschedule a booking for reasons of force majeure, offering an alternative slot or a full refund.
Use of the space
Your time starts and ends at the booked hours, including set-up and strike. The space and gear must be returned in the condition received; damages are charged at replacement cost. No smoking, no open flames. Maximum occupancy: 10 people.
Payment
Prices exclude VAT. Payment is due on the day of the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
